It can obviously be stressful to buy and sell simultaneously, however, Chris had given us incredible insight prior to listing, set proper expectations and already had a plan in place in case things went awry and had excellent points concerning the financing end, as well! Luckily, we didn’t need to put the “just in case” plan to work, but I can’t say how much I appreciated that we had back up plans for our back up plans. He was clear and used terminology that I could understand as he guided us through what could have been a stressful transaction and instead allowed me to focus on the fun parts! You’d be lucky to have this fella in your corner! Let him do the heavy lifting while you enjoy the experience!
