As Director of Videography for the Jay White Team and Realize Charlotte, he's out in the city constantly: filming the new development going up, the restaurant nobody's covered yet, the parts of Charlotte that don't show up in a search-portal photo set. If you're weighing a move here from a few states away, his footage is probably doing more to answer your questions than any listing description could.

On the listing side, that same standard applies to our sellers' homes. Video, drone, and walkthroughs that show a property honestly and make out-of-state buyers comfortable enough to write an offer — which, in a market where a lot of our buyers are relocating, matters more than most people realize.
